Thank you for shopping at Alpha and Omega Skincare, please note that our product processing window period is between 3 - 5 business days, after it’s shipped, please allow 2 -3 business days for delivery.  You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

Global shipping may impact your estimated delivery date, but you can track your order with a tracking number (please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update) once your order has shipped.

 

Handmade nature of items

 

Please be aware that all the items in my store are handcrafted fresh daily with nature’s best ingredientes to give real results. Due to this, product colors may slightly differ from each other.  Nature’s best goods differ slightly in color from season to season, but every product's efficiency and quality remains the same in every bottle.  

 

Return / Exchange Policy:

 

All Sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchange of products.  If your product is damaged, please contact Alphaandomegaskincare@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
